Terms Of Use

By commissioning Nessiesu, you are automatically agreeing to the terms of service listed below.

  • The client needs to be clear in their order and has to provide textual + visual references for the requested service.

  • Additional fees will be charged for excessive revisions via Paypal.

  • A rush fee will be charged for tight deadlines via Paypal.

  • No refunds. After the commission is completed, you can request small adjustments.

  • The time for the completion of your commission can be up to 2-3 months depending on many factors such as; Health, complexity of commission, work or family issues. You will be notified immediately if any delays occur.

  • The finished commission will be uploaded on Google Drive folder or/and sent via Kofi. You will receive access to the file after full payment. I will provide a PNG and a PSD file (upon agreement) in high resolution without watermarks. Files will be removed from the Drive folder after 3 months.

  • If you want to commission me for long-time projects, please contact me via Email.

2) CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICY

  • I have the right to cancel and refund the client's commission. The client will be refunded in this case.

  • If you are dissatisfied with the first batch of sketches/ thumbnails, you have the right to cancel the commission and will be refunded partly.

  • With the cancellation of the commission clients have no right to use any of the produced artworks or sketches.

  • If you decline payment on additional charged revisions and/ or rush fees after the commission is fully done I have every right to file a complaint. In this case you will also be blacklisted for future inquiries.

  • Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist.

3) COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY

According to the copyright law the artist retains every right over any commissioned piece. Therefore I'm allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;

  • Promote myself and post the commissioned work on my social media.

  • Publish printed media such as books and prints.

  • To stream, record, and upload videos of the creation of the artwork.

The client is allowed to;

  • Print and use the commissioned piece on different platforms for personal use.

  • Reproduce and use the commissioned piece for commercial promotions only if commercial rights are purchased.

The Commercial Rights for the artwork can be purchased additionally. The price is 100% of the original commission price. With commercial rights you are allowed to;

  • Make and reproduce any sort of merchandise with the artwork.

  • Change it to your liking and promote your own brand with it.

Credits for commissioned pieces are not required but very much preferred. The client is not allowed to claim being the original artist of the artwork.If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.
